Need a place to learn more about the Bible? This is an intergenerational class that will be studying Paul's letters.
Meets upstairs in room 4.
The Friendship Class - taught by Ron Hinkle
They will be using the book, A Guide for Biblical Studies. Focus will be on Tradition & Wisdom.
Meets downstairs.
The Golden Chain Class - taught by Ellen Layman
They will be studying the same material as The Friendship Class. Meets downstairs.
The CUC (Christians Under Construction) - taught by Aaron Good and Don Rhodes
Do you like discussing topics that Christians face in their everyday lives? This class is a sounding board for Christian ideas/thoughts. It deals with how we can infuse Christianity in our daily lives. It also acts as a support group for one another when difficulties & questions arise in our own lives.
Meets in the brick rental property. Enter through front door, walk upstairs, last room.
Music and Worship Groups
Joyful Noise - for ages 3 years - 2nd grade. Practice is 9:30 am Sunday mornings.
Older Youth Choir - 3rd grade - Sr. High. Practice is 9:30 am on Sunday mornings.
Worship Team - shares contemporary Christian songs on select Sundays during worship service.
Adult Choir - sings weekly September - May. Practice is Wednesdays at 7:15 pm.
Worship through dance is offered approximately 3-4 times annually.
The church library is open to young & old alike! For the young, there are picture books, Bible stories, chapter books, fiction & nonfiction, and wholesome vhs & dvds. The older youth of the church might enjoy tips on dating & relationships, fictional books & more! For adults, we have cookbooks, crafts, teacher resources, a wonderful selection of Christian fiction, biographies, church history, nonfiction and family dvds! Materials can be checked out for 4 weeks at a time. Stop by & visit! The library is located on the main floor of the church--beside the kindergarten room. Happy reading!
